- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I came here to open my savings account. The process was kind of daunting. I had already looked online and I knew I wanted the standard savings account, which is what I told the banker from the start, but they still put me through a whole barrage of questions. After the questions they tried to suggest Virtual Wallet even though I had already stated I wanted a standard savings acct. They also told me I would get a debit card for this account in the mail. I waited about 2 weeks and it never came so I called customer service. They told me there was no record of the card even being ordered.
