  Terrible service i had today!!!! i had gone to my appointment in which was in Rittman and got a prescription filled for two splints. for early stages of carpel tunnel and due to a cyst in my left wrist which will need to be removed. I checked a few other pharmacies to see if they had what i needed but they all directed me to Wayne health. After leaving the last pharmacy in orrville i decided to call Wayne health to make sure they had the splints i needed. Just so i didn't have to drive all the way to Wooster for nothing. as soon as they answered they put me on hold. i had a feeling i would have to wait a few minutes so i decided to head to Wooster until they answered. Well i got all the way to Wayne health. still being on hold after TWENTY MINUTES!!!!! As soon as i walked in three women were sitting down and two other women tending to customers. I chuckled because i was on hold and obviously no one wanted to take a few minutes to talk to me and politely answer the few questions i had over the phone...anyways once the girl asked me if i needed help i handed her the prescriptions MY DOCTOR had filled out because obviously he sees i have a medical condition. Two women were questioning if they accepted my insurance and after bickering back and forth for a few they realized that they did in fact take my insurance, then started questioning if my insurance would cover the splints..(which in fact they did) She handed me a few papers to fill out for the insurance purposes. She then came up to me and said she couldn't give me my splints because she HAD to call my doctor to see why i needed them.... and since my doctors office closed at noon. she told me she would try and call my doctor Monday...i explained to her that i called and i was on hold for twenty minutes and NOT ONE apology was given for wasting my time. She said she didn't know what to say and kept my prescriptions. I honestly could care less about my time being wasted. But im in pain and i need those splints to not make my condition worse. But not even an apology? seriously what is this world coming too?
